Hire Energy Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to safely handle heavy products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials and products.
  • Safely lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky products using proper equipment and lifting techniques.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and order preparation.
  • Stage and organize materials for storage and distribution.
  • Inspect products for damage and ensure proper handling.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely handle heavy and bulky products.
  • Steel-toe shoes required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must meet E-Verify employment eligibility requirements.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Accept a background check to be performed
  • Accept a drug test to be performed
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stay on your feet for 8 hour shifts
  • Knowledge in: Forklift operation
  • Knowledge in: shipping, packing and receiving
  • Knowledge in: Product inspection
  • Knowledge in: Prior warehouse experience
